Return Policy – Vivid Bricks

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, no problem. At Vivid Bricks you may return your product within 14 days. Below you can read exactly how it works.

 

1. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

 

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product to us. You will then receive a refund of the full order amount.

 

Please note: the shipping costs for returning your order are at your own expense, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly delivered.

 

2. Return Conditions

 

A return will only be accepted if the following conditions are met:

 

The product is undamaged and complete.

 

Where reasonably possible, the product is in its original packaging.

 

You have only unpacked or used the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep it.

 

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for assessment, we may charge a depreciation fee.

 

3. Exceptions to Returns

 

You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products:

 

That fall under the “blind bag” principle, such as the Collectible Minifigure Series.

 

That are custom-made or personalised.

 

That cannot be returned for hygienic reasons.

 

Sealed products where the seal has been broken, such as sets that have been opened and/or built.

 

4. How to Register a Return

 

Within 14 days of receipt, send an email to info@vividbricks.com with the subject “Return Request”. Please include:

 

Your name and order number

 

The product you wish to return

 

Optional: reason for return (not required)

 

We will send you return instructions. The product must reach us within 14 days after you registered your return.

 

5. Refunds

 

Within 14 days of your withdrawal notice, we will refund the purchase amount including the original shipping costs. We may wait to refund you until we have received the returned product or until you have provided proof that it has been shipped.

 

The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

 

6. Product Damaged or Incorrectly Delivered?

 

Is your order damaged or incorrect? Please contact us within 4 weeks of receipt at   info@vividbricks.com.   We will arrange an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
