At Vivid Bricks, we do our best to process your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you can read everything about our shipping methods, delivery times, and costs.

 

1. Delivery Time

 

We aim to process and ship your order within 1 to 3 business days, unless stated otherwise on the product page. Total delivery time depends on your location:

 

Within the Netherlands: usually delivered within 1–3 business days after shipping.

 

Within the EU: 3–7 business days after shipping.

 

Outside the EU: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs).

 

Please note: during peak periods or special circumstances (such as holidays or postal service delays), delivery may take a little longer. If a product is temporarily out of stock or a delay occurs, we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

2. Shipping Costs

 

Shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout. We regularly offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Current shipping rates can be found on the checkout page or during promotional offers on the homepage.

 

3. Shipping Partners

 

We work with reliable carriers such as PostNL and UPS (Express delivery). When your order ships, you will receive a track & trace email so you can follow your parcel. For letter mail, it is not possible to track the shipment.

 

4. Shipping Address

 

Your order will be delivered to the address you entered during checkout. Always double-check this address before placing your order. Changes after submission cannot always be processed.

 

If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will usually attempt delivery again or bring the parcel to a nearby pickup point.

 

5. Partial Deliveries

 

If your order contains multiple products with different availability times, we may decide to ship your order in partial deliveries. Of course, we do not charge extra fees for this.

 

6. Damage or Missing Orders

 

Although we take great care in preparing and shipping your order, something may go wrong during transit. Has your order arrived damaged or not been delivered within the expected timeframe?

 

Please contact us within 7 days of receipt (or expected delivery) via   info@vividbricks.com,   so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.  

 

7. International Shipping

 

We also ship internationally. For deliveries outside the Netherlands, adjusted delivery times and shipping rates apply. Any import duties or VAT in the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
